Setting up voice mail from your Cisco phone

  1. Press the Messages icon.

  2. Enter the initial PIN: 7383
  3. Follow the instructions to establish
    1. Recorded name
    2. Standard greeting
    3. Your PIN
  4. Once PIN has been set, you may hang up.

Setting up voice mail from Cisco Jabber

  1. Sign in to Jabber and confirm you are connected to phone services.
  2. Click on the voicemail icon in the left-hand navigation bar and then click on "call voicemail"

  3. Click on the dial pad to enter the initial PIN: 7383

  4. Follow wizard instructions to establish:
    1. Recorded Name
    2. Standard Greeting
    3. Your PIN
  5. Once PIN is set, you may hang up.
