PASS CX - Registration Guide

Preparing to register

Planning

There are a number of resources available to help you prepare for registration.

  • Schedule Builder: You can pick the courses you want and factor in your work and co-curricular schedules; the system generates possible schedules for you. (in PASS under Academics; see below)
  • Planner: Sketch out your courses from first term to graduation; modify anytime. (in PASS under Academics; see below)
  • Class Availability: Up-to-date information on current class enrollment, included number of seats available, and instructor.

Getting started with registering

  1. Go to PASS
  2. Log into PASS CX with your NetID and password.
  3. In the PASS CX Dashboard, go to the My Information menu.
    1. View Holds: Before registering, you should check your holds. Registration will be blocked by most holds.
    2. Remove Advising Hold: Complete the Registration Agreement in Tasks to remove the Advising Hold.
  4. In the PASS CX Dashboard, go to the Enrollment menu.
    1. Enrollment Dates: This shows you the time frame when you are eligible to register.
    2. Planner: This shows the courses you added to your planner from the Degree Progress feature in PASS CX.

Getting your schedule

When you have finished registering, you can print your course schedule or import it directly into your Office 365 account using Outlook.
