ALERT: Please follow instructions as provided below to install the Duo Mobile app on your device. Duo may recommend using Android Biometric, FaceID/TouchID, Windows Hello, iCloud Keychain, or similar biometric services. However, setting one of these as your primary method will restrict you to using only that computer or phone device and will prevent you from logging into other devices. Meaning, if you set up biometrics on your phone, for example, you will not be able to log into campus applications on a lab computer. The biometrics will only work on your phone.
After you have connected to Duo using the instructions below, you may safely set up a biometric service as a back-up method.
